We want you to love your XUAN POISE pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Footwear must be tried on clean, carpeted surfaces.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to return

- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest processing.
